A learning engine, not a learning app

We built the thing we kept wishing existed.

Most reading disappears. You finish an article, feel informed, and a week later you couldn't explain it to a colleague. Highlighting doesn't fix that. Neither does another folder of saved links.

IMPRINTED takes what you actually read — an article, a paper, a PDF — and turns it into a graph of the concepts inside it. Every concept carries a short passage to read, a recall step where you explain it back in your own words, and flashcards scheduled by a spaced-repetition engine.

The graph is the product. Concepts you hold turn green, concepts that are slipping turn amber, and gaps stay grey — so your knowledge is something you can look at, not something you hope is still there.

We prove rather than claim. Nothing is marked as learned because you clicked “done”; it's marked because you explained it and it was graded.

Built for desktop, for people whose work depends on remembering.
